Cooperated with COOEC, YUXI was contracted to provide design, material supplies, installation supervision and commissioning of an impressed current cathodic protection system with remote
monitoring for their jacket-type double berth jetty and subsea gas pipelines.
YUXI supplied various types of aluminum
stand-off slender anodes and flush-mounted anodes for the cathodic protection of Thai oil jetty expansion and offshore platform construction.
YUXI supplied mixed metal oxide anodes to replace spent anode material previously installed on the submerged tripod structure of wind turbines, achieving the initial boost to the
system to re-establish a polarised level.
YUXI supplied 360,000 feet zinc ribbon anodes for corrosion control of water pipelines.
YUXI supply aluminum bracelet anodes for external corrosion control of submerged pipelines.
YUXI supplied 760,000 feet MMO ribbon anodes and titanium conductor bars for cathodic protection of oil tank bottom plate.
YUXI provided local cathodic protection using MMO/Ti based flexible auxiliary anode for the steel storage tank baseboard. Additionally, we designed the way of flexible anode ring prefabrication and lead cable pre-connection,
which effectively avoided the links prone to
quality problems in on-site wiring.
YUXI supply 660,000 lbs. magnesium anodes annually for sacrificial cathodic protection of buried pipelines’ external surfaces.
YUXI designed the whole system for the cathodic protection of sea-crossing bridge piers, as well as supplying 660,000 lbs aluminum anodes.
YUXI participated in the design and installation of a self-monitored concrete CP system.
YUXI supplied and installed spark gaps to protect the pipe insulation and the insulating flanges against damage caused by surge voltages.
