Embedded Sacrificial Anode
Feature:

1. The open circuit potential is negative, and the open circuit potential is not less than -1100mv (Vs saturated calomel electrode).

2. It is high alkaline, high activity mortar PH≥14.

3. It has low resistivity, the resistivity of coated mortar is less than 100Ω.m.

4. The service life is long, and the service life is not less than 10 years.

5. The anode is high active, and the induction period of anode activation is short, potential and current output is stable, and the state during operation is always in active.

6. It is safe and reliable, corrosion products are evenly dispersed in high activity mortar, and will not cause expansion stress to the protected structure.

7. The installation is simple, and the steel wires at both ends of the anode can be directly wound on the protected reinforcement.

Embedded sacrificial anode can not only prevent the corrosion of reinforcement in concrete, but also repair the corroded reinforced concrete. The embedded sacrificial anode is composed of special grade zinc anode (Zn≥99.995%), prefabricated high alkaline active mortar coating material, special pore agent and conductive steel wire. During the manufacturing process, the zinc anode is treated with special process to maintain the high working area and uniform corrosion consumption of the zinc anode. When in use, only the steel wires at both ends of the embedded sacrificial anode need to be connected with the reinforcement. After pouring the concrete, the mortar will immediately activate the zinc anode and continuously provide electronics for the reinforcement to prevent it from corrosion.
