Cement-based Reinforcement Concrete Sealer with Migratory Corrosion Inhibitor
This sealer is a two-component cementitious inhibitive coating incorporating solid and vapor-phase corrosion inhibitors and specially formulated additives, designed to effectively provide robust protection against rebar corrosion. It penetrates the concrete matrix and migrates to the rebar surface, forming a protective film that actively blocks electrochemical corrosion reactions (anodic / cathodic) induced by chloride penetration.
It shows excellent bonding to steel and concrete, enhancing bond strength and structural stability. With strong anti-rust and freeze-thaw resistance, it offers long-term protection in harsh environments. It also provides an ideal surface for follow-up work, making it suitable for reinforcing corrosion repair in various concrete maintenance projects.
