This pre-blended structural cementitious mortar is a single-component, fast-setting, high strength repair mortar, based on a combination of modified polymer and special additives. Once mixed with clean water, it produces a shrinkage-compensated mortar suitable for concrete repairs in vertical and overhead applications.
Description
HG-XJ-04 is a polymer and multi-functional additive-modified cement-based rapid repair material characterized by fast-drying and non-sagging properties. It ensures repair compatibility and forms a durable repair layer. With high bonding strength to the substrate, extremely low drying shrinkage, and excellent crack resistance, this repair mortar is specifically designed for the maintenance and reinforcement of high-performance concrete structures, such as high-speed rail bridges, highway bridges, port projects, and hydraulic dams.
