YUXI’s vane anode consists of four arms constructed of titanium substrate coated with mixed metal oxide (IrO2/Ta2O5) conductive film. As a key part to compose the pyramid anode, it is generally mounted on a high-density waterproof concrete base, which is to provide negative buoyancy and enhance the stability at sea-bottom. Attached with double-armored insulated cable, this vane anode can be fully assembled in site and lower onto the seabed. This vane anode is ideally suited for cathodic protection of offshore platforms, sheet piling, jetty piles and all similar facilities.
